Jeffrey currently lives in Northern Virginia and is a Judge Advocate in the Active Guard Reserve (AGR) program. Before that, he lived in Louisville, Kentucky, and worked in Frankfort for the Commonwealth’s unified court system in an office overseen by Kentucky’s Chief Justice. He also represented sexual assault victims in the Army JAG Reserves as his primary duty as a Reservist. As a military prosecutor, he served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He served in eastern Afghanistan, where he spent a year practicing military operational law. As a US-Ireland Alliance Scholar, he studied Musicology. Jeff obtained his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his JD from the University of Louisville.
